Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

About our clothing:

Kealopiko clothing is inspired, conceptualized and designed in Hawaii nei. Our garments are created locally and domestically; sweatshop free.

Kealopiko garments go through a custom cut & sew and dye process. Silkscreened items are done mostly with water-based inks with the well-being of our environment in mind. Also, Kealopiko clothing is pre-shrunk.

Taking care of your Kealopiko clothing:

All garments are machine washable. Machine drying is okay, but to keep the silkscreened water-base artwork bright, we recommend hang drying or having your dryers set on a low tumble. Besides that, we think our clothing is made for all occasions---from working in the lo?i to working in the office!

Orders received thru our online store are shipped out using Priority Mail. Please give up to 14 business days to receive your order.

You may exchange for a different size, style or product, and be credited with the amount of the original purchase. A shipping & handling fee will be required.

Returns - Kealopiko does not except returns, but will allow you to do an exchange.

Damages - Please understand that no one is perfect, and that mistakes and damages can occur. Kealopiko does its best to prevent these situations, but sometimes these things happen. If you receive a damaged item, e kala mai (our apologies)! Please notify us immediately, so that we can arrange a replacement for that damaged item. In order for us to replace a damaged product, the item will need to be unworn and unwashed with the tag intact. We ask that the item be shipped back, and then we will replace the damaged item with a new one, along with a check to cover the cost that it took to have it shipped back to Kealopiko. Mahalo nui for your understanding!
