Pilialo | Maka ʻUpena Pūpū
The subtle pattern on this garment is based on the iconic nao hoʻōki (watermark pattern) called maka ʻupena pūpū that is found on kapa from all over Hawaiʻi. It is a classic design that has survived the ages and is still popular among kapa makers today.
